What a week! Weve been seriously busy, both working in the evenings too, its killing me!
however I loved last weekend, we went to the local pubs to try them out, the one nearest our house was fine, small, welcoming and lotsa cheesy music! we've been dying to try out another pub out- one my mother tried the week we moved in!!! So we ventured down there, walked in, and all i could see was a man in a wheel chair, ...an elderly man.... on closer inspection I saw 3 or 4 walking sticks and realised they were ALL OAP's! Me and R looked at each other, this really wasnt what we expected of this pub to look like! so we asked an older woman by the door where the toilets were and off we went upstairs, trying to work out what the hell had happened! Came down stairs, asked the woman how to get into the room next door (where we could hear all the banter an music, which we failed to mention) she pointed at a door....i swang the door open thinking it was a bar and soon realised i'd walked in on a game of bingo!!!! Needless to say I went bright red!!!
We gave up stepped out onto the street and realised instantly that the pub we wanted was next door!! we both turned around and looked back laughing our heads off......we had been in the local social club looking for a lively atmosphere!!
After that, we ordered a pint in the correct pub! and it was lively indeed!, so lively that infact; in the pool room we saw a man laying absolutely naked on the pool table while his friends took shots at his own balls!!! I was crying with laughter!!!
Last night to top it all off, in my exhausted state i asked rhian to pick something up from the floor and as she bent over her shorts ripped lol so yeah......weve had quite a few laughs!
